Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
We are looking for a talented Legal Administrator with strong administrative skills and experience in supporting busy team members. It is an essential role that ensures the team runs efficiently. On any day you might be required to create and format documents; assist legal counsel in preparing for court hearings; arrange meetings; make travel arrangements; complete monthly billing and reporting; or assist with a range of other administrative support functions.
Our ideal candidate will be:
- Confident with their intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word and Outlook.
- Experienced in providing administrative support to a busy team.
- A team player, able to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Organised and able to prioritise competing tasks.
- Focused on exceptional service delivery.
- Energetic, with initiative and a drive to excel.
Prior legal experience will be beneficial, but it is not essential. If you can show you’ve got the ability to adapt and learn quickly, and if you’ve got the skills, experience and potential we’re looking for, then we would love to hear from you.

Location: Te Whanganui-a-Tara | Wellington
This role is Wellington based and located next to Wellington bus and train station.
What we Offer

- A starting salary range of between $66,039 and $76,497 with further room to progress. The appointing salary will be based on skills and experience.
